What sort of items can I post?

You can post items that you have and you can put on, such as clothes, bags, jeweries, make-ups, and other fashion goods.

For details, please check the chart below.

Please do not post photos of items that are NOT written below.
If they were found posted, we will take your ribbon and the dress up item away without a notice.

Please also note that when you violate the rules written below, we will take your ribbon and items without a notice, even though if the items are on the above list.

• ×Up-loading photographs which aren’t taken by yourself.
• ×Up-loading photographs from other medeia such as pictures from magazines etc.
• ×Up-loading photographs with faces shown.
• ×Up-loading photographs that is against public orders and standards of decency.
• ×Up-loading photographs which shows personal informations (faces, names, adresses).
• ×Up-loading the same photograph which is already uploaded.
• ×Up-loading photographs which don`t correspond to content of selected category.

Please note that when the photo is deleted, 20 ribbons per photo and randomly selected dress up item will be taken away. We will thank for your understanding and cooperation, thankyou.

Also if the items that are not on the above list and if we receive many requests, we will discuss adding onto the list.

What kind of items can I post for "Hand mades"?

We define "Handmade" items as "Items you remake yourself after buying them."

1．Please Post clothess you remade as "Handmade items".

"Handmade items" also includes items which are decorated, and made improvements.

EX) Handmade necklaces → "Handmade" in the "Jewelry" category.

Also items made by yourself or by your friends also belongs to "Handmade" categories.

Please Post clothess that belongs to each categories’ "Handmade" category when posting a handmade items.

EX) A dress you added improvement → "Handmade" in the "Dress" category.
A necklace that you added decoration → "Hand made" in the "Jewelry" category.

2．Nail arts and polished nails belongs to "Hand made" in the "Jewelry" category.

We define nail arts and polished nails as "Hand made" items.

Please Post clothess as "Handmade" in the "Jewelry" category when posting a photo of nail arts and polished nails no matter the situation.

EX) Nail arts created by youself → "Handmade" in the "Make-up" category.
Nail arts created by professionals at nail salons → "Hand made" in the "Make-up" category.

Alos "nail chips" will belong to "Handmade" in the "Make-up" category.

EX) Nail chips created by youself → "Handmade" in the "Make-up" category.
Nail chips created by professionals at nail salons → "Hand made" in the "Make-up" category.

Nail polishes(bottles) and nail chips by itself will belong to the "Nails" in the "Make-up" category.
※You can choose the brand for nail polishes.

EX) Nail polishes (bottles) of ** → "Nails" in the "Make-up" category of **.
Nail chips, nail stickers of ** → "Nails" in the "Make-up" category of **.

Manners and rules for "Messages".

1．Please try to have a feeling when communicating with other Poupees and friends.

When sending a message and making a comment to other Poupees and friends, be careful of what you say.
Please do not send messages or comments that people would feel unpleasant about.

Do not send messages to people you don’t know without a introduction of you, or sending messages with rough terms.
Please communicate with a feeling for other people.

2．Please take responsibility for what you say.

Many people are able to see what you have written at Poupee girl.
Please do not write in private information of other people, or bad things about other people which make people unpleasant.

What is copyright?

文章、写真、画像、映像など、何かを創作した人が必ず持っている権利です。

あなたが何かの写真を撮ったとき、その写真には必ずあなたの著作権が自動的に発生します。

画像を投稿する際には、他人の著作権を侵害しないように、よく注意して登録してください。

また、著作権とは別に、芸能人やスポーツ選手などは、自分の名前や顔などを、自分で販売できるかどうか決める権利があります（これを肖像権・パブリシティ権と言います）。

「あの芸能人も使っているヒット商品」などと勝手に投稿、あるいは宣伝した場合は、これらの権利を侵害する場合があります。合わせてご注意ください。

著作物法に定められた思想又は感情を創作的に表現したものなどのことです。例えば、下記のようなコンテンツの掲載は許可がない場合は行えません。 （※権利者の許諾がある場合でも、プーペガールでは利用規約・投稿ガイドラインにより投稿を禁止しています）

・出版されている本や、雑誌、写真集に掲載されている写真
・他人が撮った写真

もちろん、表現者は有名人とは限られません。上記以外でも、他人が許可なく利用すれば権利侵害といえます。

また、著作者、つまりはそのものを創り、利用の権利を持つ人の承諾がない限り絶対にしてはいけません。

著作物の違法利用は法律で禁止されています。プーペガールでは、事前にご連絡することなく該当する画像を削除する場合がございますので、 あらかじめご了承下さい。

また、そのような行為が発覚した場合、運営局の判断に基づいてプーペアカウント禁止など厳しく対処させていただきますので、そのような行為は絶対に行なわないでください。
