Introduction of clothes: I took a regular store bought Halloween top hat, used a gathered black eyelet fabric to top it then sewed wide ribbbon around the bottom as a finish, and as a contrast to the poofed top. The style was inspired by a hat worn by Elizabeth Elliot from Jane Austen's Persuasion (the 1995 adaptation with Amanda Root and Ciarán Hinds). I've added an onynx and diamond (paste) broach and some black feathers for a little ompf.
